Release Overview

Enhancements

  • Detail Item Anomaly Detectors

    • Four new anomaly detectors identify anomalies at the individual detail item level, in addition to the existing reconciliation-level detection:

      • Detail Items Aged Commentary — flags detail items aged more than 60 days with no Item Comment, Ref 1, or Ref 2, and items that have continued to age past 120 days without an updated comment.
      • Detail Items Aging Changes — flags detail items whose aging stopped or moved backwards, increased abnormally (more than 31 days period over period), or cannot be traced to prior-period history.
      • Detail Items I-Doc Sparsity — flags I-Items that do not have an I-Doc attached.
      • Detail Items Text Field Length — flags detail items whose character count has decreased compared to historical patterns.
  • Custom Attribute dimensions for anomaly detection

    • Custom Attributes 1, 2, and 3 are now available as a dimension on anomaly detectors, enabling anomaly results to be sliced by your custom reconciliation attributes.
  • Upgrade from 1.0

    • The Reset Arena workflow now includes an Upgrade from 1.0 option that imports an exported 1.0 configuration and automatically adds the new detail item detectors and rules, giving existing customers a supported upgrade path. See the Upgrade Guide below.
  • Streamlined default detectors

    • Reconciliation-level detectors that are superseded by the new detail item detectors (Aged Item Commentary, Aging Changes, I-Doc Sparsity, and reconciliation detail text length) are now disabled by default to reduce duplicate flags. They are still created and can be re-enabled if desired.
  • OneStream Platform 9.3.0 support

    • The solution now targets .NET 10 and runs on OneStream Platform 9.3.0 with Xperiflow 4.3.0.

Upgrade Guide

Upgrading from Account Reconciliations 1.0 (SV110) preserves your existing Anomaly Arena configuration. The upgrade is an export from your current version followed by an import during the Reset Arena workflow.

Step 1 — Export your current configuration

Before installing the new version, export your Anomaly Arena configuration from your existing 1.0 solution and save the exported file.

Step 2 — Install SV120

Install PFC-SV120-XPFv4.3.0-PV930 following the Install Guide - AI Plugin - AI Account Reconciliation (PFC).

Step 3 — Open the Anomaly Arena settings page

After installing the new version, the Anomaly Arena settings page detects that your existing arena was created by version 1.0 and displays the message "Anomaly Arena does not yet exist. Please create the Anomaly Arena" in place of your detector and rule settings. This is expected — your 1.0 configuration is not lost, and the exported file from Step 1 will restore it in the next step.

Step 4 — Create the Arena with Upgrade from 1.0

Click Create Arena and select Upgrade from 1.0. When prompted, select the configuration file you exported in Step 1.

Step 5 — Complete the reset

The upgrade imports your existing configuration and automatically adds the new detail item anomaly detectors and rules. While the arena is being rebuilt, the settings page shows a creation-in-progress message. Once the reset completes, your detectors, rules, and settings from 1.0 are in place alongside the new detail item detectors.
