Release Overview

Official General Availability Release of AI Account Reconciliations.

Powered by SensibleAI Studio and used in conjunction with OneStream Financial Close Account Reconciliations, this feature enables end users to detect anomalies in reconciliation data directly within the Account Reconciliations workflow.

Features

  • The Anomaly Arena is a configurable collection of Anomaly Detectors and Data Rules, delivered with default, out-of-the-box configurations:

    • 16 default Anomaly Detectors
    • 21 default Data Rules
  • Anomaly Detectors can be customized in the following ways:

    • Update the applicable reconciliation status on which the detector runs
    • Configure the number of historical periods used for analysis
    • Enable or disable the detector
  • Data Rules can be managed and customized in the following ways:

    • Create new rules that incorporate one or more Anomaly Detectors
    • Delete existing rules
    • Enable or disable rules
    • Copy rules for further editing
  • Anomaly Detector and Data Rule configurations can be exported to the OneStream File System.

  • The Anomaly Arena can be reset to the default configuration or restored from a previously exported configuration

  • Execute anomaly detection in-workflow using the AI Insights button on the Reconciliations page when one or more reconciliations are selected

Known Issues

  • Automating the Anomaly Detection Data Management Sequence through Task Scheduler is not supported for this release and will result in an error if configured to run.
