This template outlines the information to include when creating OneStream Quick Reference Guides. Each section below has a description of the information to be included in that section.

Overview

Provide a brief introduction to the Solution, including its benefits and what features it offers (for example: “This Solution offers features such as access to remote resources over a mobile device.”).

Installation

Include only the installation steps that are specific to the Solution. Do not include procedures that are in the Solutions User Guides. Provide images when appropriate.

Settings

List settings that can be changed to personalize the Solution. Do not include settings which are outlined in the Solutions User Guides. Provide images when appropriate.

Runtime Actions

Detail how the Solution works. Identify and describe the key features of the Solution. Provide examples and images where appropriate.
