Getting Started

Below is a step by step guide to get Xperiflow Business Rules integrated with any solution within OneStream:

Step 1: Install latest version of XBR into your OneStream Application

• Get the lastest version from your OneStream representative.
• Navigate to Application > Load/Extract.
• Click the '...' button and select the zip file for XBR.
• Click the 'Load' button in the top left corner.

Step 2: Reference XBR in your assembly

• Navigate to the assembly that you would like to start using XBR within.
• Right click on 'Dependencies' and click 'Add Dependency'.
• Include the following for the field selections/inputs:
  1. Dependency Type: 'Workspace Assembly'
  2. Shared Workspace Name: 'AIS Xperiflow Business Rules (XBR)'
  3. Dependency Name: 'Xperiflow'

Step 3: Start coding

• The setup is that easy, you are ready to start using XBR within your solution's assembly!
• Start exploring through the documentation to find classes you would like to utilize.
• Just add a reference to any of the namespaces to your file and you'll have access to use XBR anywhere in your assembly.
