Release Overview

• Creation of Data Pipeline Workspace

  • The Data Pipeline Workspace is a new solution to enable users to create instances of generic or SML-based data pipelines.
  • Consists of two functional Maintenance Units, one framework Maintenance Unit (Data Previewer).
  • Dependencies are pre-wired upon creation of an instance of a data pipeline (Xperiflow Business Rules and Data Pipeline Common).
  • Upon creation of a new data pipeline instance, a data movement dashboard is generated with Ingress and Egress buttons for two use cases, automatically linked to Data Management sequences.

• Copy Maintenance Unit Dashboard

  • From the Copy Maintenance Unit Dashboard, users can select either the Generic Data Pipeline or SML Data Pipeline Template and enter a name. This will create a new maintenance unit and instance of a data pipeline.
  • Within the Assembly, users can write their data pipeline code in the IngressDataPipeline and EgressDataPipeline assemblies to be run when the corresponding button is clicked on the data movement dashboard.

• Custom Error Log Dashboard

  • The Custom Error Log Dashboard presents an opportunity to run quick data analysis on tabular data sets.

• DataPipelineShared

  • Contains commonly used functions when building data pipelines (within the DataPipelineCommon static class) and C# routine wrappers for one-line functions to call AI Library routines.
